I was lucky enough to be chosen to be part of the LUX review cub, thank you Beauty Bulletin and LUX!
Although I don't use bars of soap as I find it dries my skin out (and to me they all basically smell the same), I was plesantly surprised with the LUX's Velvet Touch.
I was intregued I took the bar of soap out the packaging and saw how the soap was carved with little flowers, the last time I used a bar of soap it was litterally just that, a bar.
It was easy to work up a lather and apon doing so the smell was quite dreamy. It has a clean smell, but then suttle hints of other fragrances start coming through. Mainly flowery, but very pretty.
My skin was left, well, velvety! It was so soft and there was no need to use moisturiser afterwords.
