LUX Soft Touch Softening Body Wash

This is my favorite one in the range, it's delicious floral fragrance has me hooked. Besides that, it really is so good when it comes to making my skin feel baby soft . A little goes a long way because it lathers up more than can be expected. It's hard not to want to shower all the time when you have a collection of Lux body washes :p

The scent: A floral infusion with a sprinkle of fresh strawberry and vanilla notes.

I have grown up using Lux products and associate with it the distinct Lux scent, which sets it aside from its competitors, femininity and LUXury. Lux beauty soaps and body washes have always been my ultimate beauty treat, my red velvet cupcake of personal care. Now my favorite beauty treat just got better!

Lux has introduced its Fine Fragrance range which contains world class perfumes (created by leading perfumer, Ann Gotlieb.) I was lucky to try out Lux Soft Touch Body wash (with Fine Fragrances.) Upon opening the bottle I was immediately greeted by the distinct Lux scent and then taken aback by the scentsational floral, strawberry and vanilla notes.

The bottle claims that it is a “softening body wash” “for noticeably soft skin” and true to this did it stay! Despite my disappointment, when I noticed that the wash itself was a very light pink instead of a more distinct pink, I was elated when I worked up a LUXurious, creamy lather, with body wash from one gentle squeeze of the bottle, on my loofah. A little goes a long way ladies!

There’s nothing more relaxing than a long, warm bath with rose petals floating all around you…if we’re royalty! The great news is that with Lux Soft Touch Body Wash we can all be royalty. My bathroom was filled and myself enveloped with its scent and the lather was gentle on my skin and indeed left my skin feeling softer. For the duration of my bath I felt like the self-proclaimed princess that I am, all thanks to my favorite brand, Lux!

The other upside is that the fragrance lingers on your skin even after you’ve dressed. That’s a major plus! I opted to not spray on my usual perfume because I did not want to camouflage the scent of the body wash.

Except for the color of the body wash, there are no downsides for me. A wonderful product, yet again, from Lux. So, next time you want to feel like royalty indulge in a bottle of the new Lux Fine Fragrance body wash: Soft Touch. I was pleasantly surprized by after using this product. I've never used Lux before, but after feeling the amazing results I couldn't understand why!

I took a long bubble bath and truly enjoyed this amazing, floral scented, silky textured body wash. It immediately made me feel glamorous and sexy. After my bath I didn't even feel the need to moisturise my body, as it already felt soft and smooth. The body wash doesn't dry out my skin like other soaps and washes often do, and the lovely floral scent lasts for hours after use.

I will definitely be using this product on a regular basis, and I do recommend it to all girls for a beauty splurge, without the splurge ;)
