Listerine Anti-Bacterial Mouthwash in Cool Mint

I believe it's very important to have mouth wash and should be part of daily routine.

Listerine has produced a fantastic range with different variants suitable for every user

The cool mint is a really good one I must say it can get a bit intense and really numbs you but I just tell myself it's killing all those germs and stick it out.

If you can't handle the heat they also provide a sensitive range which also is really good for sensitive teeth and gums .

I love it and think everyone should give it a try.

My oral hygiene regiment isn't complete without Listerine. I am really loving the cool mint variant , it tastes really good and keeps my breath fresh and minty for hours on end. It gives my mouth a real clean feeling. I'm hooked on this mouth wash.

This is an awesome mouthwash for several reasons:
1) The taste is great and it really feels as if all bacteria gets killed properly. (If you are not a fan of the alcohol tingling on your tongue go for Zero that contains no alcohol).
2) My breath stays fresh and my mouth feels clean for hours after I have used this product.
3) It is great to use if one has a throat infection or even after being to the dentist to help fight infection and heal quicker.
4) It fights plaque build-up, gingivitis and infections that may cause bad breath.
5) The price is great at R39.00 - R44.00 on special for 500ml. Normal price R49.00.
6) It will go a long way as one only uses a small cup at a time.

Final verdict: I will definitely recommend this product to anyone that wants quick effortless fresh breath!

I LOVE this mouthwash, it gets the job done, leaving my mouth feeling fresh and squeaky clean, I use the amber color one though. I use it twice a day and it really is such an important part of my oral hygiene. It also helped speed up my recovery when I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth surgically removed in early June this year. Seriously great value for money!

I would agree with Sasha, Listertine is the best in oral care. I also love the Cool Mint, it has this absolutely intense fresh feeling as soon as the mouth wash is in your mouth. I find the mouth wash to be slightly too strong sometimes because at times I can't even keep it for more than 15 seconds, but like Sasha said, you get a numb but refreshed feeling afterwards. I would agree it leaves your breath minty fresh and leaves your mouth feeling clean.

I totally agree with you Sasha it is the best in oral care. It leaves your mouth minty, cleans your teeth, gums and keeps germs away.
Amazing how fresh your breath is after using this but I must say I was left a little teary maybe because I took too much but It was worth it. It leaves a strong minty feel in your mouth and does its job.

Listerine has to be the BEST when it comes to oral care. My teeth, gums and mouth have never felt cleaner, fresher and shinier than when I rinse with Listerine’s range of Mouthwashes. My absolute favourite has to be the Cool Mint with its cool aqua blue colour.

Listerine Mouthwash is an anti-bacterial wash that helps clean crevices and corners that normal brushing can’t reach. It assists in killing germs that can cause plaque, bad breath and gingivitis. The results are amazing and leave teeth clean and shiny whilst leaving your entire mouth with an overall extreme clean sensation.

The mouthwash comes in different sizes and variants; I always buy the 500ml for home and the 350ml for traveling. The bottle is clear plastic with a black child-proof twist off lid. The front and back have a white label with black writing. The mesmerizingly cool and calm aqua blue mouthwash can be seen through the bottle. The back label has a peel-tab that reveals instructions for use, ingredients and cautions.

Three quarter of a capful or 20ml should be used at a time for an adult and should be gargled for approximately 15-30 seconds without swallowing. At times it does feel that I can no longer hold the mouthwash within my mouth and my jaws get “tired’ from gargling once you expel the wash, your mouth feels numb and refreshed. Your breath is left minty fresh and cool, almost makes you want to blow out onto anyone you meet.

I have tried other brands of Mouthwash and enjoyed using them but none compared to the results I get from using this trusted brand-Listerine by far surpasses all my dental needs expected from a MouthWash.
