Reading the directions, I was really worried that I wasn't going to be able to manage holding this mouthwash in my mouth for a whole MINUTE! With most mouthwashes, it burns so much that I have to spit it out after about 10 seconds. I was pleasantly surprised on my first try of using Listerine Advanced White, it didn't burn but rather had a lemony feel to it, and after keeping it in my mouth for a minute I felt so minty fresh. It freshens your breath and honestly I think it even helps with morning breath! After 3 days I saw results, my teeth looked a whole lot better but unfortunately I have two teeth on the side that have stubborn stains and I haven't seen much difference with those. But you cannot expect a +-R50 bottle of whitening wash to make your teeth luminescent! However, my teeth are at least a shade whiter and I haven't even finished my two weeks. So far, I am very impressed!
