LA Girl Blush in Bashful

Love this blush. Def my everyday blush and in my daily make up routine. This blush is highly pigmented and can be easily blended. This blush is ridiculously cheap at R40 and can be found at Dischem stores. A real steal ????

I haven't ever used LA Girl cosmetics on my face before, and when I purchased this illuminating blush for R39 I thought to myself that it's going to go horribly wrong and I'm going to break out and there's no way a good blush can cost R39, how wrong I was. This blush is really something.

I purchased it in the colour Dusty Rose, which is a dark pink colour, however when I applied the blusher to my cheeks it have my cheeks a soft natural rose colour with a illuminating colour. The colour was long lasting and lasted around five to six hours on my cheeks, which was perfect for me because I normally touch up my make up around six hours after applying it.

I was really impressed that this compact blusher actually had a flip which has a mirror and a mini blusher brush which helps archive a perfect look for when you're not at home or on the go.

I would really recommend you give this product a try because it's completely affordable and there is enough blush to last you an entire year. Plus you don't need to really apply a lot of blusher because it has a high pigmented colour. Plus the blusher comes in various shades so you can find your perfect shade.

I really love LA Girl blushes. This is the second shade I am reviewing but I love them all. The size if very generous. It is incredibly soft and the colour shows up straight away. This shade is a light cool pink but has a slight mauve undertone. It goes very well with cool toned eyeshadows such as pinks, blues, burgundies, purples but overall I would call the shade very neutral. I love that this shade has no shimmer so it is great for a toned down look. I really recommend it. For the price you cannot go wrong!

The compact contains a mirror under the blush so it does't get dirty. It also comes with a brush but it is totally useless so use your own just make sure it is the soft type...

I am so happy I discovered this product. I am amazed at how pigmented these blushes are at such low prices. The are also incredibly soft so I can pick up plenty of product with a light touch of a brush.

Shade Bashful is one of the lightest of the lot and I only recommend it for fair skin. It is a light baby pink (lighter than on the photo). It has a satin finish but no sparkle or glitter. It just makes your face look fresh.

The brush is really rough and scratchy and can just be thrown away. I always use a proper blush brush for application. The packaging contains a mirror which is useful. This blush was a great buy and the price is amazing. Love it!
