This together with the conditioner is nothing short of an elixir for frizzy, unruly coarse hair with a mind of its own. Initially I thought it would make my hair oily and weigh it down, but it didn't do any of these things. After just the first use my hair felt intensely hydrated and not to mention soft and silky. This is formulated for very dull, dry and rebellious hair which describes my hair perfectly, and it really makes a huge difference because my hair is under control when using this... It actually looks and feel way more healthier and the frizz is greatly reduced. Added bonus is the lovely smell...
I highly recommend this range.

What a great product especially now in winter when hair can start to feel totally dry and hay like. Being oil based it manages to restore moisture to your hair with weighing it down or making it feel greasy. One can hardly believe it is a shampoo that has cleansed your hair since it leaves hair so soft and manageable. Bit on the pricey side but totally worth it.

The extraordinary oil range from Loreal has me totally sold.
Despite this being their latest offering im already on my second bottle.
And with the 3 for 2 offer from clicks plan to buy spares.
Why?
I bought this not expecting much thinking it simply to be their nutri gloss range renamed.
And whilst its a great alternative its not quite the same.
its soooo much better
I have mid back length thick coloured highlighted hair that i was quite sure would need layers or a trim as it was too poofy at thr ends and strawlike.
That was 1 month ago.
I was also sure that i needed highlights post trim and perhaps a new colour to infuse some warmth into my chocolate dresses.
I havent done a thing.
But my hair is glossy well behaved brighter and sooo healthy.
And did i mention how gorgeous it smells.
Im totally sold on the whole range and you can see why

I suffer from a very dry scalp with hair to match. My long hair is often straw-like in texture, especially after being exposed to heat through blow-drying (even if I use a heat-protection spray.)
This is what made me pick out the L'Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil range, which promises silky, manageable, radiant and supple hair. The range contains 6 flower oils with beauty benefits: rose, chamomile, flax, lotus, tiara and sunflower.
I have been using this shampoo for a few days now, along with the Extraordinary Oil conditioner and balm mask. Did it live up to my expectations? Well, my hair has honestly never felt so strong, healthy and soft.
From the very first wash, my hair felt nourished and my flyaways were tamed. By wash #4, my hair feels hydrated without being oily and is much, much sleeker.
Also, I just love the scent: it's slightly spicy, almost like a men's fragrance. It's not the typical sweet floral smell I was expecting from the micro-flower oils. It's invigorating without being overpowering.
I highly recommend this shampoo for everyone with dry or very hair. It's a true miracle worker!

Delivering on its promises, this shampoo, used in conjunction with the Extraordinary Oil conditioner, makes my hair look shiny and feel smooth!
I was originally sceptical when I saw the word oil, envisaging slick and greasy hair - but the oil merely nourished my hair and I was easily able to wash it out.
The flower oils left an amazing fragrance in the shampoo - leaving my hair feeling and smelling good.
The only criticism is that it has to be used in conjunction with its respective conditioner and even better results when used with the L'Oreal Extraordinary Oil.
