L’Action Paris Detox Scrub with Matcha Tea is a smooth and fresh-scented scrub which provides an escape into the heart of Japan’s tea plantations. This scrub contains the antioxidant rich Japanese green tea which detoxes and purifies the skin. The coconut oil intensely nourishes and protects the skin while the sugar crystals gently exfoliate the skin’s outermost layer. It is ideal for dry skin types. A pack has 2 applications. To apply, wet the face and apply using light, circular movements, avoiding the contours of the eyes. Let the scrub rest several seconds and then rinse with water.

The scrub is toffee brown in colour. It has a thick texture with brown tea extract granules in it. It smells divine and reminds me of some of the ice tea flavours that I have tried. The scrub did not irritate my skin. However gentle circular motion is required, otherwise the brown granules may become too abrasive. After I rinsed off the scrub, my skin felt revived, detoxed and moisturised. I could feel the coconut oil effect on my skin. It was smooth and supple. I am so glad I bought this scrub.
