I bought this enticed by its small size n the idea of convenience! I took these on a trip away n struggled to remove my chocolate brown nail colour! These simply do not work effectively n dry out too quickly

This is a travel life saver! It can be used quickly and easily without hassle, even whilst in the car (not when you’re driving though obviously) I always keep one in my handbag at all times in case of a nail disaster or when I quickly want to put on a new shade for the night.
The pads are circular, super fine and have a slight lemon scent to them. These 32 pads are housed in a circular white flat tub. The front is un-cluttered and has different vibrant colours and the picture of a sliced lemon. These pads are easy to use; just take out a singular pad from the tub and slowly rub it on the varnished nail. The nail varnish slowly comes off from your nail, leaving you with clean bare nails. With thicker nail varnish formulas or when a base, colour and top coat is used I find more than one cleaning is needed and often requires around 10-12 pads to clean all ten finger nails.
They are a neat and convenient way of having a nail polish remover with you at all times, but because of their limited retention of moisture that a nail polish remover supplies, they dry out quickly and often don’t clean dark colours off very efficiently. But the convenience they possess help you in the trickiest of situations, I once used a few pads to un-stick my brothers fingers when he accidently glued them together in the car.
The formula doesn’t dry out nails and doesn’t leave them with those streaky dry patches some polish removers do. They are gentle on nails and the surrounding area of the nail bed. Once done, I rinse my hands, the formula easily washes off and doesn’t cause any reaction or irritations.
The range comes in various scents from strawberry kiwi fruit and is R29.95 for the tub. If used mainly as a saver, one tub an last you a good few months, but if you’re a dark maiden I’d recommend sticking to the old fashioned bottle and cotton ball option.
