A while back in my desperation to lose a few I tried this. To say that it burned would be an understatement, I literally felt like I was going to pass out because it increased my heart rate
Had to sit In a bath or cold water and almost called my doctor but luckily it subsided. Obviously I didn't use it again so I can't tell you if it works but never again will I take the risk of using these unsafe gimmicks. Ladies if you ever consider this please take into account my experience.
