My hair is super soft and supple, and is slowly lightening which is an awesome bonus. I've been using the highlight activating shampoo and conditioner for a month now and am very happy.
I do find that, in addition to the conditioner, I do often still need to use additional treatment as my hair can feel a little too dry for my liking. I've found John Frieda's Sheer Blonde Conditioning Treatment (http://www.beautybulletin.com/hair/treatments-masks/john-frieda-blonde-hair-repair-conditioning-treatment) an excellent addition to my weekly hair-care regimen and compliments this shampoo well.
As far as shampoo goes, it is a little on the expensive side, but the lightning effects are well worth it!
