How to apply:
Firstly apply to wet hair, after a good hair wash , dispense one pump into your pump, rub that in well and then apply to your hair.. make sure to rub it well especially your ends. And then.. Style your hair as you normally do.
Be aware not to use dispense only a small pump and this product is very oily , don't make the mistake I did and I had to rewash my hair! Not cool..

I really like how the product is packaged it comes in red bottle with a easy to use pump, which is quite secure cause it doesn't leak at all and you can control how much you use.Which helps the cluts that I am a lot!! I call it child proof! It's like John Frieda read my mind...

I am extremely impressed with how well this product worked on my hair.I have quite thick hair and struggle to find a product that can tame this beast of a head. I am so happy I got to use this product it's life changing! My hair feels so much softer and looks sleek, my hair has never been healthier looking and shiny. Because i love to colour my hair my ends has completely dried out and damaged. John Frieda is a Godsend it saved my poor hair. My ends look Fab and I can really notice a huge difference when not using this product.
It's affordable as well for only R99.99 I thought that was a steal for the quality I am getting.
Do I recommend this product?? OH YEAH!!! This is one of the best hair oils I have used on my hair and the price is worth it. No more bad hair days for me.
