So I have officially completed my one month trial with the Forever Smooth products from the John Frieda range for straight hair.

Overall, the products were not very effective for me and I would not use them again, however I think its worth trying it yourself for a month, you might love it.
I definitely 100% recommend the 3 day straightening spray - Its my favorite product from the entire range and it really does do as promised.
