I was very excited when I bought this some time but was equally disappointed because the quality is just so mediocre for Inglot. Granted I did not use it with a top coat but to have had it chip away the very same evening ,was a huge let down! I use cheaper nail polishes without top coats and they last me days on my nails. Inglot has not mastered this so called breathable nail paint!
I got in a deep red color although a few coats is needed to actually achieve this color.
If you looking for a neutral colour but you not one for plain old white, this light grey colour is stunning. This should be the perfect colour for you, bonus this colour goes with almost everything.
The Inglot O2M enamels are all breathable as they contain Polymer KS_02 allows moisture and oxygen to pass through to keep nails in the best condition.
And does not contain any:
- toluene
- formaldehyde
- dibutyl phthalate (DBP)
- camphor
NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS
Different to other Nail enamels the Inglot collection does not have names for the colours but work with numbers for each colour. Which then again for me makes it easier to remember the colour I want as it’s just a number I need.
Usage:
I apply two coats per nail you can apply three if you would like but all depends on you. If you do not have a base coat, no need to worry the colour doesn’t stain your nails.
The colour lasts up to 5 or more days without a topcoat
Available at Edgars stores and Standalone Kiosks Inglot stores
Retails: R169
P.S You should have a look at their latest selection: Berry Collection Colours, which have nail enamels with matching Lipsticks.

I love the breathable nailpolish! It dries fairly quickly, they come in an array of colours and they look really good (although you need 2 coats). The price is pretty steep though - at R160 a bottle it is more of a treat! Wish I could afford to buy it in every colour though!
This colour has become my go to nail polish colour I always have it on, I simply love the Inglot O2M breathable line stunning colours. But my favourite and best colour is #650.
Inglot o2m Breathable Nail Enamel #650
Colour:
It is has a brown reddish tone
But it depends on how many coats you apply, as the colour changes. A very versatile colour.
Application:
You can apply up to three coats, but I prefer using only two coats. It has a smooth finish.
Texture:
It is a thin nail polish, as it is not as thick as most nail polishes are.
Reaction and lasting:
This nail polish does not stain your nails at all, without the use of a base coat. Does not chip easily as well, which I know the ladies love. But it is always best to use a base coat and top coat for longer lasting nail polish colour.
Price:
It is much more pricy than other other nail polishes. R149
But I love the fact that my nails do breath and I don't feel like they are blocked. And with this particular colour I have never it stain my nails.
I highly recommend this colour I am inlove and it is so my go to colour.
I was given two of these bottles of polish as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately I didn't rate them very highly. The polish chipped within a day of applying it, and the hairs kept coming off the brushes and onto my nails. I found I had to put quite a few coats on for the colour to actually show up properly as well.
I am not a professional, but I am a nail product fanatic and have tried many different brands and products. I just didn't find that the quality of this matched up to OPI or Essie, or even Essence polishes, and they are MUCH cheaper.
I was quite impressed with these two products. I especially liked the pearly colour of the base coat, it makes your nails look exceptionally healthy. It has a sort of indication that it has dried as the pearly colour disappears and becomes transparent. I wore the base coat and top coat for a week, together, as I wanted a clear protection over my nails. I was especially surprised that there was no chipping whatsoever. The polish gave my nails a new and much needed strength, a healthy shine and upon removing it – I saw the benefits of having the new breathable polish, as usually my nails go back to being brittle or in an even worse condition than before but in this case, I did not have that, I had healthy nails with improved growth and strength. The polish is very thin, and it should be mentioned to wipe the brush several times before applying to the nail, as I had drowned my nail with polish the first few times. This formula is very impressive, it spreads evenly across the nail and does a lot more than it boasts.
Ok, so I had never heard of INGLOT until I saw it on Beauty Bulletin and decided to check it out with a few friends. I wasn't a fan of the price because I thought that I could buy 3 bottles of another brand of nail polish instead of opting for one bottle of INGLOT. Oh well, I decided to just take the plunge and purchase it.
I'm so glad I did! I purchased the breathable nail enamel 0m2 #608.
With so many colours to choose from, I literally spent over 30 mins trying out every colour until I got my favorite. I also managed to purchase the top coat and the base coat just so that I could try out the complete product.
The packaging is so precise and elegant but nothing beats the bottle! It's imaculate and in my opinion, it's the best nail polish bottle ever. It's made of transparent glass( I think) and doesn't seem to break at all.
When it comes to INGLOT nail polish colours, there is a color for everyone, whether you like to stick to simple colors or go bold like me, yet maintain that sophisticated look.
The nail polish is waterproof, long lasting and doesn't easily chip off. I reapply my nail polish after every 5 days because I do dishes and stuff.
Overally, it's an amazing product and I would gladly repurchase. xxx
