Inglot kohl eye pencil

I have really watery eyes – I don’t know what causes it, maybe it’s bad genes, my contacts or staring at my laptop all day long - whatever, but what really bothers me about them is that every time I apply eyeliner it smudges so bad and I look like a banshee punched me in the eye– you know the look - PANDA EYES. One thing that is vital to eyeliner application is knowing the difference between eyeliner and khol – khol is meant to be applied to the waterline and eyeliner is meant to be applied on the outer rim of the eye or lash line – something I recently discovered.
