Ideal Light Brush-on Illuminator

When I was deciding under which category this product falls, I didn't know whether I should list it as an illuminator or a concealer because I find that it is actually both. I claimed this pen from my mother, who purchased it at Stuttafords for approximately R300. We both suffer from dark, under eye circles and on some mornings we need that extra bit of help to try and calm it down. On these days, when our trusted eye creams just won't work, we use this illuminator. It not only instantly brightens up the area making the circles disappear, but it gently conceals any darkness that might be there.

This product comes in the shape of a pen, with a brush applicator which makes it so easy to apply under the eye.
