I would suggest before buying the product that proper research are conducted, as there was some negative feedback on the product. I did and decided to try the product for myself. I decided to rather go for a lighter colour as there was negative reviews on the product and that the colour came out too dark. Advise was that the end result will be about 3-4 tones darker than what you would have expected. My natural hair colour is brown. I bought Permanent dark blond. Decided to play it safe!

I would advise all future users to do a strand test first before applying the product, as to avoid dissappointment.

I was impressed with the product as it conditioned my hair and it came out fabulous. My hair had a nice body and shine.

There was some negative reviews about certain harsh chemicals and ammonia. Herbatint did respond to this and it does seem that the product improved since then.

In conclusion: do proper research, do a strand test first, select your colour carefully. And lastly, use Royal cream from Herbatint, it comtains aloe vera and is great
