Do you get excited for Halloween? It’s just 2 months away, so you better start planning your dress up outfit… And of course your makeup!
Kendal and Kandy have tried out 2 awesome makeup looks: the Peacock and Black Swan. These 2 looks can go with super cute dress-up outfits which can easily be made at home.
For the Black Swan outfit, most of us can gather together some ballerina items of clothing. Borrow a tutu from your daughter, niece or little cousin and pair it with a tight fitting top, some beige tights and a pair of black pumps. If you can’t get hold of a tutu- buy some cheap tulle netting from your nearest fabric shop, and make your own. Wrap 2 long pieces of black ribbon around your calves, starting from the pumps. Tie your hair in a gelled bun, and you’re ready to do your makeup…

A peacock outfit may require a little more effort- but the results will be quite spectacular. If you have somewhere that you could buy peacock feathers or gather them- you’re in luck! If not, then you’ll have to make your own “feathers”. Cut out long, tear-shaped pieces of cardboard, and get creative with blue and green paint. You could even make a beak out of cardboard if you want to go all out! Once your fantastic outfit is ready, tie your hair up in a tight bun and get started on your makeup…
