I totally love this little tub of handcream that got sent to me in my latest BB parcel ( thanks BB!)! First of all, there is the tin! Sooo cute and a perfect handbag size. Secondly, there is the fact that Greenland products are all organic and made from completely natural goodies. So you just know that not only are they good for the environment, but they are great for you and your family too! And thirdly, there is the product itself. It smells DIVINE! I would never have thought that lime and vanilla would be matchy matchy as far as fragrance was concerned, but they do complement each other in a rather addictive way. Even my hubby loves the scent and he isn't really into that sort of thing.
Greenland have a rather gorgeous array of products which you can buy exclusively at Edgars at the moment. The fruit emotions range features such yummy combos as mint-lavender, coconut-tangerine and papaya-lemon. The lime-vanilla products incorporate the scent of lime to refresh and vanilla to soothe and heal. This formula also includes Vitamin B5.
Like all other Greenland products it is suitable for all ages as it contains no artificial colourants or parabens. None of these products are tested on animals.
My experience with this product:
The cream is a lovely constituency and a little goes a long way. It does take a short time to absorb, but once absorbed there is no oily residue and it is quite nourishing on the hands. I do feel you need something extra on your cuticles if they are especially raggedy or dry though, so this cream is specifically targeted at your hands and isn't a hand and nail combo.
I checked online and the price of this cream is about R95,00, which is quite a lot for such a small tub ( 50ml), but it is a small price to pay knowing you are getting such a safe product and the scent is hugely addictive! I will probably repurchase when I feel like spoiling myself or someone special! This range is GREAT for gifting, so definitely do yourself a favour this Christmas and go and check it out. I am dying to try the other products in the range, as well as the other scents in the fruit emotions range.
