Coconut Oil is the answer, always.
I use coconut every day, all day - to cook with, to moisturise, to put masks in my hair etc etc.
When I saw Garnier had created an oil which contained pure coconut oil, I was so ecstatic!
My hair is thin, brown & mid-length, therefore, brunettes usually avoid oil because it can make our hair look super dirty - I learnt the hard way with this oil, so I rather use it when I sleep (ONLY applied to the ends of my hair) to add some extra moisture to my hair overnight, and I wake up with soft nourished hair. I don't suggest using it ever day if your hair is thin(ish) or prone to oiliness. One the weekend when you're home alone in your PJ's will do.
Plus side: The entire range is well priced - shampoo, conditioner, the works! So instead of choosing the most necessary to save costs, the entire range can be bought.
