Glow is Jennifer Lopez's first fragrance, it comes in a beautiful frosted glass bottle, that has a blingy ''Jlo'' charm around the neck of the bottle. When I first sprayed this perfume on me I loved the smell, it smelled clean, fresh, a bit soapy - but in a good, just got out of the shower kind of way. The top notes of this fragrance are Neroli, Orange blossom and grapefruit. Then after about 5 minutes the smell changed completely and became very sweet and overly floral. I could no longer stand the smell, I am a fruity kind of girl and I'm very sensitive to certain smells and floral scents give me a headache. So if you are anything like me, this perfume is not for you. The other notes of Rose, Sandalwood, Amber, Musk, Jasmine, Orris and vanilla start coming through after the perfume has been on your skin for a few minutes. If you like these scents then you will love this perfume, you can really smell each of the notes. The rose is a deal-breaker for me. Another thing, this perfume is targeted to younger women in their early 20s, but for me, personally this is a more mature-smelling fragrance and reminds me very much of my mother in law. (Not in a nasty way ladies hehehe) I did have a hard time getting the smell off of me, so I can say that it is long lasting. This is just my opinion and someone else might love the smell. If you decide to try it, just make sure that you leave it on for a few minutes and then decide if you still like the smell because on me it changed completely after 5 minutes. This fragrance is fresh and spontaneous smelling. I cant quite place the notes which is in it, however I do get a hint of cinnamon. One thing that comes across to me and my mom he hee he.. is that it fresh in the sense of it smells like soap at times, which can be either your thing or not your thing.

To me personally, I dont like this fragrance as much as it smells rather strong from the get go. Having tested it, the smell seems to dissolve and change after some hours and its less noticeable.

As mentioned before, COTY manufactures this fragrance, and I received the 50ml (Thank you Beauty Bulletin). To view this perfume head online and search www.jenniferlopezbeauty.com and you can also check out more JLO fragrances and beauty products, etc. Im not quite sure for just how much it retails, but since its a celebrity brand and its manufactured by COTY I cant imagine it costing less than R700 per 50ml.

Now to the good part, the bottle is absolutely beautiful. Its sleek and slender with a slant upwards, which reminds me of a sexy toned body lol. The top comes with a smallish cover which is eaily removable and replacable which makes it easy to use. The perfume is easily distributed with just one or two pumps and an aroma of perfume is released by the get go.
A Glittering JLO charm is attached to the bottle which can be removed once done and used as i.e a key chain ;-)

my final rating: it definitely does what a fragrance should do, lasts for hours and it smells great if musks, woods, and fresh showery smells are your thing. Priced at +/- R700 and up it is on the pricey side so saving is the way to go for this one.

This perfume is dark and sexy in a wild, brash, fun way. It smells like a carefree night on the town, whether with the girls or with a date. There are noticeable hints of masculinity and smokyness that add to the dark feel.

Thanks to you amazing people at BeautyBulletin, i receieved this in my letter of love! Its a light and delicate but sexy fragrance can be worn causally or smartly. It lasts well and the scent isnt overpowering at all. Light and summery wih floral and woody notes. Will use this perfume over and over again. Retails at around R380-R400 for 50ml eu de parfum. Love love love!!
