GHD Heat Protect Spray

Can't say I was very impressed with this product. I can vouch that it does work and has a lightweight feel on my hair. It works great when styling curls and also adds a nice shine for a salon-done finish, but there are better products on the market.

I actually won this product in a styling competition along with the GHD gold and thought I'd never use it. At first I only used it with my weaves but one day I ran out of moisturizing spray and tried it on my natural hair and its still amazing. I especially love the smell and the fact that its a aquabased product means it doesnt give your strands that heavy, drenched feel and look. FYI: I used it as an everyday hair spritzer.

I got this as a gift and was highly impressed . It is one of the best heat sprays I have used .

My hair was noticeably less damaged after every straightening session . It was glossy and healthy looking .I didn't have as many split ends any more and my hair was no longer looking dry and damaged .

The product is simple to use . You spray it on to damp hair and style your hair as per normal with either your hairdryer .

I have received this with my GHD but for me I was not impressed by the product as it did not provide effective protection against heat , my hair became dry where they split. I changed to TRESemmé.

I got the ghd Heat Protect Spray after I noticed that my ghd straightener was causing quite a lot of split ends and damage to the ends of my hair. And I must say that after a few times of using it I definitely noticed less breakage in my hair! Although it is pricey I do think its wise if you have a ghd to get the ghd protect spray as it has been formulated specifically for the heat of a ghd straightener, therefore providing optimal protection.
Its lightweight and non greasy, and even adds a slight shine to your hair.

Love this! I got it free with my GHD purchase and fell in love with it! It smells lovely and REALLY protects my hair! I hardly ever get split ends even though I straighten my hair very often! R180 is a lot but you only use a little bit every time so it's worth every penny! I will stick with this for the long run, that's for sure!

I got this as part of an awesome gift bag from a launch I attended last year. I only started using it this January. I must admit, this is one of, if not the best heat protectant spray I have used. You only use about 8 sprays for long hair so it really does last a while. The price is about R180 so it is worth every cent spent.

I really love the fragrance of this. It is not too much and you even get the scent of it when you iron your hair.

Spraying from roots to the tips, you ensure you get full coverage by combing the product through your hair before you blow dry or iron your hair. After use my hair looks really healthy and shiny. It also prevent frizz for a sleek look.

I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a heat protect spray.

I love this GHD heat protect spray, I had a damage hair, so its really help and protect my hair from the heat every time I want to style my hair, and make it smooth and silky. The smell is so good.

This is my life saver, I do use other heat protectors, but this one is the best, every time I dry, curl or straighten my hair, I spray a sufficient amount to my hair for extra protection :)

i love this product .have never burnt my hair after using this spray and my style lasts until i wash my hair and even my curls stay the same for the whole day. this is the best heat protecting product in the market.its like investing into good hair days without the tension of ur hair getting spoilt or burnt.i wud highly recommend this product to all the ladies who love to style their hair with straightners or blowdryes u need this to have those shimmering locks always.

we all know how harmful and damaging heat styling can be on our hair, however, i believe that if we want to have the most gorgeous looking hair then we need to protect it with the best and by that i mean using a ghd heat protect spray, i may not own a ghd bt i do own a ghd heat protect spray as it comes in handy whenever i blow-dry my hair or before my hair dresser styles my hair with a ghd or any other styling tool. using this product gives me real satisfaction knowing that my hair can be styled into anything that i desire without having any harmful side-effects such as split ends and dry, brittle hair. my hair has a radiant shine and feels really soft thanks to this miracle product. i totally recommend this product to all the ladies out there!!!

This is a great heat protect spray to use in conjunction with the GHD styler cause as much as we all love the convenience of flat irons and other heat stylers, the heat fry the shizzles out our hair which is why a heat protect spray is very important to protect our locks.

This spray works,period! If I dont use it I can see how especially on my ends the damage it causes but now my ends are still healthy looking.
The smell is nice too, it has that out of a salon scent.
The only thing I dont like with this spray is if I spray to much my hair tends to get very quickly greasy but that's fault of my own and not the spray.

This product is great as a pre-styler. It protects against all the heat products that we expose our hair to. Even when my hair was completely dried with the hairdryer, it didnt feel as if there was any product on my hair. From root to tip, my hair felt smooth.
I sprayed from the roots to the tips, or on my vent brush and brushed it through my hair
It also give a great shine!

I am so religious in using this each and every single time I apply any sort of heat to my hair whether it is a hair dryer, curling iron or hair staightner. I am a firm believer that you should use the best on your hair as it is one of your best assets and should be looked after.
First off, black is always such a poweful colour when it comes to any form of beauty product, it catches your eye immediately and the gold on the bottle makes it look so sleek and sexy. No need to spray a lot on your hair, a couple sprays over the areas of your hair is fine....the smell of course will tempt you to keep spraying but you don't want to overspray. The smell reminds me of a clean baby, like powder and flowers.....gorgeous. The product is also very affordable given the fact that you don't use much so it does last
I would definately suggest giving it a try, it leaves your hair with such an incredible shine and oh so soft.
My secret......I use it even on days when I don't use any form of heat for my hair just because of the smell and feel :)

I absolutely ADORE this product! As the biggest GHD fan ever, I know how important it is to protect your hair from the heat, with irons reaching over 200 degrees. I've had great results using this spray. Firstly, you spray on a little and it makes a huge difference in making your hair smooth and silky. Hair glides easily through the hair iron after using this spray, and you can feel the difference immediately. I was stuck in a crazy rainstorm once (had straightened my hair that morning and used this protection spray). I went into the nearest bathroom, put my head under a hand dryer and brushed it dry - no frizz, almost back to perfect! This spray really works wonders. It's also light, doesn't make your hair greasy, and smells delicious. Worth every cent!
