GATINEAU - AQUAMEMORY Moisture Replenish Mask

I received a 15ml sample of this in my Glambox a few months ago and then was lucky to once again receive another 15ml sample in my Glossybox and I was VERY thrilled when I saw it! For me, I have yet to use a hydrating face mask that is as good as this one. Which is a little upsetting for me because I don’t know if I’ll easily spend the R350 on 75ml of this product, although I am VERY tempted to do so.

I have given this mask a good use (thanks to the 2 samples) and found that after the 1st application my skin definitely felt more hydrated and nice and smooth - the results were immediately evident. By the 3rd treatment my skin was looking beautifully clear, hydrated and was soft and smooth to the touch. My skin also seemed to look a bit fuller and firmer. From what I understand, this was due to the re-hydrating capabilities. We all often have dehydration lines on our faces and even though we drink as many glasses of water as we can, it doesn't mean that our skin will always receive the necessary hydration. This is where the product steps in and makes sure that the skin is well hydrated.

It is recommended to use a thick layer of the product and let it sit on your skin, then to remove the excess with cotton pads. The way I choose to use it: I apply a thin even layer across my face, neck and declotage area then leave it on for as long as I like. Within about an hour all of the product is usually absorbed into my skin. I wanted to make my samples last by not having too much product wastage and this method has worked very well for me. My skin doesn't feel greasy or sticky and the mask hardly leaves any residue on my skin.

If you have the money to spend on this product, I can highly recommend it - but the price tag is a lot higher than I've ever spent on a face mask. After my samples are up I have a feeling I might take the plunge and spend the money. The way I choose to use the product means that I will get a good life out of a tube.
