The first thing I have to mention is the great packaging! Well done Garnier. I love the fact that the nib is small and this gives a lot of control over how much product you use. And the tube is pretty – simple and well designed. On to the product… the cream itself has a gel-like consistency and feels more like a serum than a moisturizer. It has a lovely subtle scent. The cream absorbs quickly and does not leave my skin sticky, which is great as a lot of serums do this. I already noticed a difference in my skin on day 2 of use. My skin looked brighter and almost illuminated. That gave me so much hope. I used the cream for about a week in total – applying morning and evening. The problem is that I tried this product at the wrong time of the year! We go straight from summer to winter in Cape Town and this always makes my skin very unhappy. My skin goes from glowing and smooth, to dull, dry and flaky in a matter of days. I really struggle to find a moisturizer during this time of year that gives my skin sufficient hydration without leaving my skin oily. This moisturiser unfortunately didn’t cut it. I am however sure that it will work like a charm for me during the summer months. I have not given up on you Garnier.
