Freeman Facial Clay Mask Mint & Lemon

First of in my opinion this is a very average face mask. If you are already a acne prone person like myself it won't do wonders for your skin. It simply dries up any oil on the face and make the skin feeling soft afterwards. It doesn't prevent acne or control any breakouts. Packing is a large tube which may take a while to finish. Price wise expect to pay about R95 which is pretty expensive for an average mask.

I have very oily skin and tend to break out a lot. This mask has really helped improve the condition of my skin and has a lovely scent. I love the way my skin feels after I've rinsed off the mask, it soothes any inflamed areas and leaves your skin nice and matte. I always buy the sachets which contains enough product for about 2 masks however I'm definitely going to buy the tube as it will be more cost effective and will last longer.

The mask comes in a very attractive Yellow and green tube and has a flip open top. Perfect for traveling as the tube is quite sturdy.
The mask itself is a green color which smells nice and citrus. It has a very creamy texture.
Very simple to use, just apply to face and avoid the eye area. Let it dry and rinse off with warm water.

After using this mask for about 2-3 times a week, I found that my face is less oily. My pores appear to be smaller. This mask leaves my skin feeling matte, refreshed, smooth .
I also love that it does not leave the skin feeling tight or dry.
It also contains peppermint oil which helps to soothe and nourish the skin, minimize breakouts, and help fade pigmentation.

Lemon which is a natural bleaching agent, which means it will help with hyper-pigmentation and lighten acne scars.

Absolutely love this range of face masks and scrubs from Freeman. SO affordable and oh so fabulous! a tube will last you in the region of 6-8 months if you are using it once a week. the average price is R64.95 for a tube at dischem. This mask suited my oily skin perfectly and my pores were visibly reduced and my skin had no oil when i took the mask off. the scent is divine and it works wonders on your skin! I cant wait to try the others too!

This mask is perfect for my oily, sensitive, acne prone skin. It made me break-out less than before.

I LOVE this mask. I have combo skin with an especially oily t-zone. I noticed after using this mask once a week for a month, that my t-zone is not as oily as it used to be. What I like about this tube is that it's definitely value for money - R59 and you get almost six uses out of it - more if you stretch it. It's easy to use as well, cleanse and dry your skin, apply to face avoiding the eye area and let it dry. Depending on how thick you've applied it, it can take 3 - 15 minutes to dry. Perfect before taking a shower.

After rinsing off the mask, it leaves your skin feeling smooth and clean and looking brighter.

I must admit that the scent, while it isn't unpleasant, did make my eyes water a bit even though I completely avoided the eye area. Other than that, this product is great.

This mask has a thick paste like consistency that applies easily to the skin and is easy to spread around. The scent is slightly lemony with a hint of mint that is pleasant to use and does not overwhelm you while it's on your skin. The reason I selected this mask was for the deep pore cleansing that it promised on the label. It is also advised for oily or problematic skin as it removes excess oil build up and soothes irritation.

I have used the mask once a week for about 4 weeks now and have noticed an improvement in the size of my pores and a reduction in the number of small blackheads that I use to have. They are always the bane of my existence, with them being so small not many products can get in there and clear them out and it's not as if I want to leave it to get to a point where they are big enough to be removed my products. The mask has definitely helped a lot and I have been happy with my results.

I really like the bright packaging of the Freeman products. It really catches your eye in the stores and their range of products smell so delicious. The mask comes in a 150ml tube and at R59 it is a steal! I like that it is packaged in a tube because nothing irritates me more than having to stick my hands into a tub and getting product trapped underneath my nails. You don't need much of the product so a tube will last you a good few months when applied once a week.

This is a must for people who want to clear their pores out and get great results without having to spend an arm and a leg on products.
