Freeman Acai Purifying Clay Mask

Good deep cleansing mask. Did make my eyes sting a bit if applied to closely, but otherwise no adverse reactions. As with any other clay mask, can be a pain to remove but nothing too hectic. Leaves skin soft and smooth.

Love this face mask. It is wonderful for pamper nights and relaxing, and has a wonderful scent to it. I find that it does leave my skin more radiant and less dull. Unfortunately it can cause your eyes to burn if applied to closely around your eyes.

I've said that I wouldn't repurchase this product, solely because the Friedman collection has a wide range of masks and I would like to try some others.

Reading all the other positive reviews for this product, I can't say I've had the same experience using this mask. I've read about what good quality Freeman masks are, but this just didn't do it for me. I found the product extremely thick and tough to squeeze out of the tube. And it took quite a bit of product to cover my face. It dried my skin out terribly, and I really couldn't see any difference in how my skin looked and felt, except that it was extremely dry. I used it a few times after that first experience, but every time has been the same. Now, it is just sitting in my draw untouched. Maybe I got a bad batch though, you never know.

I purchased this product for my sister for her birthday and after one use she said I absolutely had to buy it for myself. I usually purchase the Freeman charcoal and black sugar mask, so I knew that if i was buying Freeman, I was buying quality. At R74.95 this product is super affordable. The smell is wonderful and light and super spreadable, so a little goes a long way. I love the fact that the product contains purifying natural ingredients and is not tested on animals. It also dries quickly and washes off very easily. My skin is definitely feeling the benefits of this face mask, and a tube should last you anywhere up to 5/6 months. (i use it twice a week) Go and get it, your skin will definitely thank you!!!!

I love clay masks ,I find them to be very purifying especially the Freemans clay mask.

Firstly I have to say that the smell is lovely . Make sure you cleanse your face properly before applying the mask . I find that I don't need to use too much as it's very spreadable.

Whilst on my face it feels absolutely soothing and the cooling effect is great too. Once washed off my face feels fresh and very smooth not to mention impressively purified.

Definitely a product for keeps!

Ok so I have had problems with my face for quite some time. Recently I have had a bad breakout of inflamed acne which was extremely itchy and uncomfortable.

I had nothing that would help. I tried home remedies such as lemon on my face as well as cinnamon and honey mixed and nothing helped, then I remembered I had.this little baby and decided to try it out and boy oh boy was I surprised.
The smell was simply great, it felt of so good on my face and I could do my things around the house while it was on. I could feel the great cooling effect throughout my entire face and when I washed it off I could see and feel the difference emediatly, which came as a big surprise to me.

My face feels soft, clean, totally matt yer not dry which is a total 10 out of 10 for me.
Best for oily and combination skin I'd say.

I tested a Acai Purifying Clay Mask by Freeman, which I feel is great to use all year round to help with the impurities our skin deals with daily and bonus it can be used on All skin types. It helps as a fix for dull skin which needs that boost of freshness as it is powered by a blend of 8-antioxidant: Acai, Blueberry, Cranberry, Goji, Mango, Mangosteen, Noni, and Pomegranate to neutralize environmental damage. Clay masques are super oil-absorbent as they draw impurities from skin and clean out clogged pores.

Application and usage is really easy I prefer to cleanse my face first with a foaming cleanser then applying the masque to my clean dry skin. Depending on how much of the product you want to use on your skin that is up to you, so apply and wait to dry as soon as the masque has dried up entirely you wash it off with some warm water, and there you are ready and left with fresh clean skin.

Overall I am really happy with the results I did not get any reactions on my skin from the product, it did what it said it would my skin looked and felt great. I will definitely buy and try a few other masks from the range I have my eye on the chocolate & strawberry clay mask which is for skin tone and to minimize the look of large pores for normal to combination skin types, and the Cucumber Peel-Off Mask.
