False Lash Effect - Max Factor

I found this product very good for layering. It goes on beautifully, separating your lashes and coating them. You can build on the thickness and add drama by going over the same lashes several times. Very easy to remove, a bit of moisturiser takes it off without having to use makeup remover.
I didn't particularly like the wand as it seemed a bit slippery, but it's something that can be overlooked if you consider how wonderful the product is.

I honestly loved this mascara from the first time I've bought it to the last time, I repurchased it two times after that and I've used all of them up. The only thing I don't like is that for some reason it doesn't last me as long, but I think maybe I'm doing something wrong. It is a little pricey especially if you don't want to pay R 230.00 for a mascara. It is good and did make a difference on my lashes so I would buy it again.

Great , awesome , I will never try another brand for mascara and this is a big deal for me ! I have commitment issues with beauty products! this is the 1st time I have gone back to a mascara, I am always looking for a better product, with false lash effect I think it is pretty much the best on the market, no clumping, no heavy feeling, no stickiness, perfect separation.

This mascara retails for R130.00 at Clicks stores. Its more expensive than other drugstore mascaras but you get a generous 13.1ml for your money. The mascara formula is nice and more on the thicker side which is good because I really don't like very wet mascaras. It does lengthen and gives awesome definition to your lashes but the effect is more natural lash than false lash. It didn't volumize my lashes as much as Maybelline's Colossal mascaras but I still like it as a day time mascara. The only drawback for me is the brush. It has a large thick brush which is covered in short spikey rubber bristles. I have almond shaped eyes with short straight eyelashes and find using this brush quite difficult especially when you try to get the lashes near the inner corners of your eyes. I did poke myself in the eye more than once when trying to apply this mascara in a hurry. I didn't repurchase this mascara because of the size brush. If you do like the formula and not the brush then you should try their Masterpiece Max or Lash Extension Effect Mascaras as they have smaller more compact brushes.

i have been on the ultimate mascara challenge for years now - and i believe that this is the BEST mascara i have ever tried. the brush is easy to use and thick - like a furry caterpillar, but it leaves absolutely no clumps an because of the design, you can coat your lashes from the roots. they make my already-long lashes look like expertly applied false lashes, and the first day i used this product i got four compliments!
