This shadow comes in a gorgeous see through cube that gives you and idea of the color without looking inside which is very useful. It has a tiny little mirror that enhances the packaging but in my opinion its way too small to do eye makeup with. The color is light pink with purple/lavender undertones. The finish is satin, not really shimmer. I have used light pinks before and they often apply almost white on the lid. This one however maintains a vibrant pink hue to it. It looks great on its own to brighten the eye and is gorgeous paired with brown colors in the crease. My only con is that it kind of applies as a sheer layer. Even with an eye primer (MAC paint pot) I can still see my skin shining through...

This cube seems small but if you look at the net weight, it is 1.7 grams which is more than MAC shadows which contain 1.5 grams of product. It will last you quite a while. I have been using eye shadows for a long time and haven't yet reached pan on any of them so its a good investment if you like the color.
