Estee Lauder Idealist

I got a sample of Idealist (skin illuminator). They told me it would take away all redness, blemishes, dark spots etc... Basically make my skin look fabulous. Luckily I didn't purchase it at R800 a shot because it has done absolutely nothing after 3 wks of religiously applying it twice a day !!!!! I have even emailed Estee Lauder and they haven't even bothered replying
