This is such a great blush at such an affordable price that every beauty should own one. The shade I have is a lovely peachy color,it is very pigmented and ultra blendable .The texture is quite creamy for a powdered blush. It feels really silky upon application. Amazingly it is also long lasting ,at the end of the day it is still on my cheeks.

A While back Dischem had a huge sale on some Essence products and obviously what girl can resist a good sale.
I picked up one of these Essence Silky Touch blushes in shade 30 called It Girl for only R12.99.
I have seen quite a few reviews about this Essence blush, so I was super excited to try it out myself. As I mentioned I got it for a steal it normally costs R47.95.
The shade is a gorgeous peach, I have really been loving peach blushes lately.. I find that it complimented my skin tone really well.

I am so happy I bought this Essence blush, the colour pay-off is amazing, it’s super pigmented so a little really goes a long way. The formula is creamy and not ‘powdery’ at all. Application is smooth and most important it didn’t cause my skin to break out( which is always good). The staying power is great! I found that it lasts all day long so no annoying re-applying.
Would I recommend it? Yes! This blush is the ultimate budget friendly products and it sure does give higher end products a run for their money.

The Essence Silky Touch Blush in Adorable is the perfect colour for fairer skin. It's a very cute, subtle, pinky shade. It applies and blends very easily, although I have found that I sometimes need to re-apply it during the course of the day. That being said, the compact is a neat little size, great for carrying around in your handbag.
As with most Essence products, it's extremely affordable, and a very decent quality. It has lasted quite a while, and doesn't end up crumbling like a few blushers I have used.

Essence blush is awesome, its super cheap, comes in 5 different shades and lasts really well! I usually buy expensive blusher but this one works just as well and costs a tenth of the price, literally!
Overall great quality for a fraction of the cost! Win!

I was really pleasantly surprised with this product range. Its affordable and its last through out the day. Along with my BB cream, this BLUSH is a must for my handbag make up kit (for touch ups), this product range is perfect for mom's with teenagers who are starting out with make up (from scratch) as it wont break the bank to buy the basics.

This blush is a beautiful natural coloured blush and went on so smoothly and blended really well.
Unfortunately it didn't last that well and I did have to touch it up a couple of times, but for the price you pay, this really isn't a problem!

A subtle touch of blush can create a wonderfully awake look. As someone with very fair skin on my face (I refuse to tan my face) a bit of blusher can create a more groomed effect as well.
Even though blush is such a vital part of my make-up regime I very rarely am willing to part with a large amount of money for a blusher and was thrilled to discover that Essence has a Silky Touch range of blushers. These are ideal as they are incredibly well-priced and also don’t contain too many flakes of glittery shimmer which often appear to be the case with other lower cost blushes.
I chose the shade number 10 Adorable and it worked perfectly with my skin type. I must say it really has a subtle refreshing look and stays in place. I love that as it is rather lightweight so that one can build on it. I much prefer this than to an overly pigmented blush as one heavy hand can mess up an entire look. Therefore being able to build on your blush means you are less likely to make any extreme errors.
