I bought the reddish colour polish and used the stripe magnet, but the results were not that great on every nail. I did one thin coat on all my nails, and then did a thick coat and used the magnet straight after on each nail (as directed). Some nails turned out great, and others not so much. I liked how the polish did seem to dry pretty quickly, and the colour is nice, but the magnetic effect didn't come out great every time. For the price I think it's good, but don't expect a "wow" effect.

I tried a different brand of the magnetic nail polish that I bought from my local Ralo store. I love it! It's easy to use and the magnetic effect is really striking! I got such great comments from everyone while I was wearing it! Definitely something to invest in, and the metallic shades are great for winter!

As everybody knows a lot of famous brands are going crazy over magnetic nailpolish, something which Essence has made popular over a year ago! Essence had just released their magnetic nailpolish in February 2012. I purchased the nail polish and the magnet and I was super excited.
But this product was actually a bit of a let down. I was really disappointed with this product because firstly to achieve the perfect magnetic look, you have to paint ONE nail, hold the magnet for about 30 seconds until you get a design and then continue and the process was really long and irritating plus the design doesn't really come out that clear.
But even though I'm a sucker for these cool stuff I couldn't help but purchase another brand which actually came out nice and I will review it later! But I'm not sure if I just wasn't patient enough with this nailpolish and it could actually work better or not. But if you're willing to try please let me know the outcome!

I love fancy nail art, however when I tried this product I couldn't achieve these results. Maybe I'm just not patient enough, or I didn't hold the magnet in the right place :/ however to be honest, I won't try or purchase this product again.

I am a sucker for any funky nail art and when I saw this at Dischem, I simply had to get it! I chose the Hex-hex color, a beautiful dark grey. You buy a little magnet with it, each magnet has a different pattern, I chose the stripy magnet. It takes a while to master it, but looks very funky when you get it right. The only downfall is when you have to remove the polish, it takes ages and sticks like crazy! I do recommend it, but practice first.
