I have hooded eyes so this is definitely one of the best liquid eyeliners for me. The applicator is easy to use and the liner doesn't smudge. One application usually lasts me the whole day.

Now you have me curious. I have to give this a try. I too have hooded eyes and it can be very tricky to line them perfectly.
