I usually use these pencils as a base for my eye shadows and have never used it alone. I do this to increase the longevity of my eye makeup and to prevent it from creasing and losing pigmentation throughout the day and it works perfectly for this purpose. Whenever I use this pencil under my eyeshadows, I never need to touch up my eye makeup or experience creasing even on a late night out. I usually apply the pencil all over my lid area and blend it out with my finger or with a brush. I wouldn’t recommend using this product on the waterline however, as it’s very creamy and won’t last long on the waterline.
