Essence Gel Eyeliner

This is super cheap and makes applying eyeliner a simple process. You do need to work with a steady hand and be careful to draw straight lines but it is easy with the applicator brush by Essence. If you do not want to create too much drama around the eye area, then this will last you a really long time. I was surprised to find that even with the gel like consistency, it did not smudge and was really waterproof. You need a good make-up remover to get rid of every trace of this stuff as it is highly pigmented but the bonus is it has great staying power.

The great thing about gel eyeliner is that you can keep layering depending on the desired effect you want. You can go as big as you like. The gel hardens quickly and lasts all day. It is really difficult to remove the gel if you made a mistake so be sure to glide the brush slowly on your eyelid.

Gel eyeliners takes quite a long time to apply because you need to be precise and build up your look. Once you apply mascara the effects are amazing. I have big brown eyes and this made my eyes look super flashy. Like Hollywood red carpet flashy. I would only wear this to a party, big event or on a evening out to give my eyes a sultry look.
