Essence is a great, affordable brand. These range of palettes are not good quality.
Pros:

Cons:
Shadows are powdery and lack pigmentation
A lot of fallout - the pans are so close together that the fallout from one shadow falls into the pans of the shadows surrounding it
Do not last long - maybe an hour or two
Not many mattes in each palette
Many shadows appear ashy and grey on medium to dark skin tones (some do not even show up on the lid)
Difficult to blend
Some shadows are quite chalky and clump
