Epimax plus is widely recommended by dermatologists for dry, scaly skin conditions including eczema!my son is so atopic he reacts even to the labels in his clothing and the soap powder used to wash his clothes so this became a staple in the house! It contains cetamacrogol and glycerine as well as urea so it performs the function of a keratolytic( sloughing agent) whilst moisturising deeply! Considering the price of other dermatologically suitable products this is dirt cheap and works very effectively on skins all ages !
