An eyeshadow duo that came with my Oscar hamper prize. I was super excited and happy to see this product in my parcel. These are my colors, my normal evening makeup look, except it isn't the fabulous Elizabeth Arden that is usually in my makeup bag. I marked the price as 3 stars as I would never purchase one of these myself. Unfortunately they are way out of my makeup budget. But the quality is oooh so fabulous, so for those that can and do spend this much on eyeshadow it is a great option. The little eyeshadow compact is called Illusion and the two colors are a fab dark grey (slight shimmer) and a more creamy/champagne colour. Both are highly pigmented. The compact contains a mirror and the usual double-sided applicator brush. These shadows are most definitely silky smooth and they apply and blend very well. You can create a stunning smokey eye effect using just these two colors. The only negative comment I have (unfortunately) is that the dark grey appears more black on your eyelids. So you can't really see that it's grey. But everything else is perfect and it's very long lasting and didn't crease in my lids.
