Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Color Radiance Blush in Sweet Peach 02

The glam packaging is fabulous! I really feel like 'high society' everytime I whip out this beautiful compact from my bag, to touch up on my blush ;)

I received the 01 Sunburst to review, and the name is right on the money to describe this colour. In my own words, I would describe it as a marriage between a peachy/pinky blush and a bronzer. And it works really well on my olive skin (even while its a little 'un-tanned' at the moment) and gives a healthy looking (sunkissed) glow.

The formula is also buildable, so you can go sheer, or keep adding for more of a 'doll cheek'.

I didn't really find it to be longer lasting than any of my other blushers, although it does state to be long-lasting.

Normally I prefer using my blusher brush from my makeup brushes set when I apply my blusher, but the little application brush that you get in the compact is better that most others that you usually get. The bristles are firm yet soft and the brush tip is slightly rounded, so I wouldn't be too devastated if I found myself without my personal brush set, and had to use it.

Overall, I am impressed by the packaging, colour & texture of the product. Once again Elizabeth Arden lives up to its well known name.

The little brush looks tiny, but it actually delivers the correct amount of product in the right places without me trying too hard and having to pull all sorts of fish faces to try and create cheekbones for myself. The bristles feels very soft on my face. I also love this peach shade, which works perfectly for my fair complexion.

The website promises that it will "instantly sculpt cheeks" and it does. It also glides on very easily and is buildable to give you as little or as much colour as you want. The product also contains optical diffusers to help hide imperfections and fine lines, it does this very well, unlike some blushers and bronzers which seem to make things more obvious!

I am impressed with the wear of this blush. It lasts me all day!

This blush is a Pigminted powder that instantly sculpts the cheecks.

I have not used the product yet but l would love to try it. Elizabeth Arden never disappoints...

Having sculpted cheeks can set the tone to any makeup look. I realised this after using Elizabeth Arden’s Beautiful Color Radiance Blush in Sweet Peach 02. This oil-free, high-pigment powder glides onto the cheeks for an even and natural finish without highlighting the pores or any fine lines. At the same time, it helps protect the skin from environmental damage. I don’t think this product could get any better!

The peach colour of this blush was perfect for my skin tone. It made my skin look radiant and healthy. The best part was that the glowing effect I got from using this blush didn’t fade at all. It lasted all day and didn’t need to be touched up.

What I loved most about this product though was its applicator brush. Usually applicators are harsh and prickly on my sensitive skin. Or, to make matters worse, the hairs start falling out on my face! This applicator did anything but that. It was smooth and gentle, and picked up just the right amount of blush for my cheeks for that flawless application we all love.

The portable, mirrored compact is not only attractive, but very convenient. It’s not too big or too small and can be carried around with you just about anywhere.

I did find this product to be overpriced.

I would recommend Elizabeth Arden’s Beautiful Color Radiance Blush in Sweet Peach 02 to all women. This colour is ideal for all skin tones because it is such a light colour and is perfect to add that hint of colour we all want.
