Since being introduced to the 8 hour cream protectant I am hooked! I now own the 8 hour cream protectant ointment, the eight hour body cream, the eight hour cream sun protectant for face and now the eight hour cream lip balm.

As far as lip balms go this has to be the most expensive balm I have ever purchased, but after using the Eight hour cream protectant I had to get my hands on the lip balm because it is far more portable than having a 50ml ointment tube in your handbag. The balm has the same ingredients as the famous protectant ointment but with the added benefit of an SPF. For those who are familiar with the 8 hour cream protectant you should be aware of the amazing moisturising and repairing capabilities of the ointment. The balm has the same benefits and comes in a beautiful white lipstick tube. Not many people like the herbal like scent of the balm but it doesn't bother me at all. Another really great thing is that you can but the balm in tinted colours. They retail for the same price as the traditional balm and at R125 for them, it's not bad at all because decent lipsticks retail from around R100. It is available in 4 beautifully sheer shades – Honey, Blush, Plum and Berry.

This is a must for any woman that loves the Elizabeth Eight Hour Cream range.
