I usually overlooked Edgars as a store for fashion as I thought it was outdated and more for older adults. However I was in for a real shock to find very affordable items that were in the latest fashions and that I could see would last for a time! My only issue is the sizing, because as much as the plus size items were available they were more in a smaller cut so I found some pieces didn’t fit! However the experience shopping was amazing, the staff were really friendly and finding items that would be perfect for work and for casual wear was awesome.

I love the quality of their shirts, they are simple, cheek, in today’s trends, and definitely versatile. I love how they have quite a lot of brands in one store.

I am definitely an Edgars girl. I started purchasing from Edgars more often about two years ago and my recent experience has made me fall in even more in love with Edgars. The not thing I can say was a down side was how poorly maintained the fitting room was at the branch I visited, it needs a slight revamp. Otherwise, everything from customer service to prices and options available is absolutely brilliant. The Edgars Team should really pat themselves on the back

Overall Edgars experience was great. Having a one stop shop with a wide selection of fashion, accessories and makeup is a winner. The staff are so kind and helpful. Very happy with my experience.

I love how I’ve always known Edgars for their full range lines especially in the beauty, skincare and makeup departments. I love how they have revamped and expanded their ranges to house international makeup brands. The shopping experience was made pleasant by the staff the only thing I’d mention that I didn’t like is the fact that they didn’t have most shades for my skin tone or products were not replenished on time after being sold out. A lot of stands were a bit messy and unorganised but nothing I couldn’t handle. I love a good foundation match and looking for a foundation can be quite tricky at times but all thanks to the knowledgeable staff I met it was easy for me to fine the perfect foundation and the perfect match. I cannot wait to Visit Edgars again because it has truly marked the correct boxes to make it my new one stop makeup and beauty shop. I have to mention their fragrance section!! It felt like I was in scent heaven because of the plenty of fragrances and brands to choose from, they cater for both genders which made it all perfect to shop! I can’t thank Edgars enough for the becoming the new bestie in the block!

I went to Edgars to do a bit of pre-birthday shopping, wanting to collect a few clothing pieces and beauty essentials to elevate my developing style and make up game and I’m still so impressed because I got a chic casual outfit, the most adorable flowy dress, comfy and unique kitten heels, foundation (that matches my shade and undertone) and plenty of other vegan makeup products. (See all in my shopping haul) AND of course a fresh scent PERFECT for spring and this new era. (Recommend by the consultants; I was shocked by how much I liked it)

There was no shortage of style, especially chic, modest and trendy style clothing, accessories, bags, and SHOES GALORE (I haven’t seen any other store has that many shoes). In every way Edgars is a one-stop store for both fashion and beauty with really kind consultants who KNOW the tea 🫖.

Not only did I get everything I needed but I also had a such a lovely shopping experience.

I used to shop at Edgars when I was a child and it used to be that one stop shop with amazing brands and I was shocked to discover that it still existed as an adult. I really went there with very little expectations but I was really WOWED! not by the fact that it still existed but by the variety the store had from the clothes,shoes,assessories and beauty products. I got so much more than what I had expected and I was taken aback to my childhood days beacuse of the affordable pricing, the fashion offers great value for money, making it accessible without compromising on quality. Alot of the items are high-quality, It is made from durable, high-quality materials that ensure longevity and reliability. Exceeding my expectations and leaving me so much satisfation as a customer, the store is set up neatly and the stuff is always ready to assist. I am so happy to have rediscovered Edgars again and I am looking forward to going back in store to transfrom my wardrobe and also treat myself to some fabulous finds in the beauty section

One thing I found shocking about Edgar’s beauty store is the huge amount of beauty stops it has in one shop, also, at selected beauty stops, when I purchased a concealer and foundation I received a sample to test out, if I’m not content with the products I was given an opportunity to exchange the product, still surprised! Edgars is definitely my go-to beauty stop! I’m also obsessed at the variety beauty options it has from fragrance, makeup and skincare!

Edgars is really my one-stop beauty store. I can get everything I need from on-trend makeup, beauty tools, fragrances and beauty essentials such as haircare products, shaving products, hair tools, bodycare and skincare. It's the convenience for me!👍🏼

My absolute favourite moments were discovering new beauty products especially ones that are currently trending on the socials and getting to swatch the products to help make my purchase.

The only con for me was the lack of assistance from the staff even when asking, they just walked around staring at me making content and the store was extremely hot due to water restrictions and them not being able to use the aircons so shopping while sweating a lot was a bit unpleasant at the Sandton branch but I always have the best experience at the Eastgate branch, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to help without having to ask. So maybe the other branch could just work on those two things for a better shopping experience👍🏼. However, I did make the most of my experience testing the products out for myself.

I loved my final look with the beauty products that I got from Edgars and that it was great value for money which really impressed me. I managed to get affordable high-end makeup dupes, mid-range beauty products and high-end trending makeup. These are products that I will continue to use in my daily makeup routine 👌🏼.

One thing that also stood out for me in the store is the customer service as I believe good service is what keeps the customers happy & this is what I received at Edgars. I’m really impressed! The packaging felt so luxurious, and the quality of the products definitely matched up. I especially liked how gentle the skincare items were on my skin – even after a week of use, I could notice my skin feeling smoother and more hydrated. The ingredients seem to be really high-quality, and I love that they cater to different skin types. That being said, the price is a bit on the high side, but I feel like the results make it worth it. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and will likely be trying more from them in the future.

I absolutely love love the quality of the clothes, the variety of the brands they offer in store and just how there’s definitely something for everyone, for any occasion, at different price points.

However, I didn’t have the best in store experience because of the staff. They were not friendly at all and made it hard for me to comfortably shop. The fitting rooms were locked and I had to wait for a while to be attended to.

Edgars is a reliable brand. That offers you a good bank for your money. I can confidently also confirm that they still got IT. That’s why I’ll still recommend it.

Love how Edgars literally has every brand in store. The stores give luxury vibes, very affordable and the quality of the products 10/10 minus nothing.
