There's no wonder that this is a best seller! I've never needed or wanted any other brand of deo besides Shield! I'm protected against perspiration and the odor it causes all day long ,even in hectic situations. All the variants smell divine and do not stain clothing. some deo's I've used in the past always irritated my sensitive skin but with this I have no complaints. I can never go without this product!

I am slightly obsessive about BO so I always use a strong deodorant (effective I should say, not strongly smelling). I gave this a try and it performed very well...except for the smell. It is a lovely smell, but I find it too strong for me, trying to compete with my perfume.

I HAD THE PLEASURE OF TRYING THIS AND IT SMELLS AMAZING AND WORKS REALLY WELL.

I switch to this deodarant just to try, and I have not looked back. It's effective
and so soft and applies so smooth. I love it. It does not intefere with my perfume,
but keep me just bathed fresh all day

I love the variety of different fragrances that can be found to suit your everyday mood. They super affordable and great plus is that my underarms are not irritated at all.

I absolutely love this product. Keeps you dry & fresh smelling all day. My son has the one for men & it's really good, when he gets home from school he's still smelling nice & fresh. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has a sweat problem.

This Shield Antiperspirant is really good. It's a must, I go to gym and jog and always like to use something that keeps my underarms dry and odour free and I find this does the job reasonably well. It is a bit on the pricey side, for those gals who don't tend to get smelly underarms it's not a must and a cheaper option should be considered.

Shield Clinical Protection-bit on the expensive side, but this product really does work in keeping you dry the whole day! Recommend it, as it's work every rand you spend.

I have to agree that this product is absolutely awesome. Has the staying power to keep you fresh literally all day long without the smell or effectiveness fading one bit. Double the price of regular roll ons but so worth it since you do not encounter those horrible wet patches under the arms with this.

i can descripe this product in one word AMAZING i love it its easy to use, theres no residue or stains on your clothes and it keeps you dry and fresh the whole day and i love the smell i will buy this product again true value for money

I must say this is the best invention yet in the fight against perspiration and body odour. Its glides on really creamy, moisturising your underarm area and has a really fresh smell that you can literally smell for hours on end. Moisture even in really hot humid weather is a thing of the past! It is more pricey than most regular deodorant sticks out there but totally effective and worth it!

Its like a deodorant but a moisturiser for a complete all day fresh feeling without the sweat and odour.

its smells great and you can smell the freshness the entire day, no need to re apply roll on or anything.
Its works like a moisturiser keeping you dry and fresh smelling so, apply it at night after having had a bath or shower and allow the product to work its magic. Turn the dial until the procut comes up through small holes in the container and apply to under arms. No white residue ot amrks. This is a great innovation by shield.

In no time you can geel the moistursing action working on your underarms and the following day, you can still smell the freshness.

I give this product a 20 out of 10 and is the absolure necessary beauty item for the everyday strong woman on the move.

this is great stuff but a little pricey, but it does do a great job. I like how light it is before you apply it and after its applied, you get a baby faced feel afterwards...so soft

A must have for everyone!

One of my biggest self-confidence destroyers is wet armpits. On very hot summer days, I get drenched in sweat and in winter, if I get too warm while walking or running for the train, my armpits will get wet. I’ve tried all the ‘best’ deodorants on the market…roll-ons, sprays and sticks. None of them have stopped me from sweating.

When I saw the advert for the new Shield Clinical Protection anti-perspirant, I knew I had to try it. I went to my local Clicks and decided to try the Ultra Dry.

The Shield Clinical Protection comes in a box with an information sheet inside. In it, they explain why we sweat and how the anti-perspirant works. In addition, they give specific instruction on how to use it.

It stated that you need to use it before going to bed. This is because the active ingredients in the anti-perspirant work best while you sleep. It also said that once you have worn it before bed, you will have enough protection to last you throughout the next day.

‘’For best results apply Shield Clinical Protection at night*. While the body is at rest, sweat glands are less active and the skin is more receptive to the TRIsolidTM formula. This allows for a deep layer of protection to form which is effective throughout the next day, even after a shower.’’ - Shield

So, I followed the instructions and turned the twister until I saw the creamy white product. I applied on each arm and went to sleep.

The next morning I took a bath and I added more of the Shield Clinical Protection anti-perspirant. It did not say you have to on the instructions, but there was no way I was going to leave the house with no deodorant on!

Unfortunately, on the day I used it, the weather was on the cool side. But a test came when I had to literally run about 150meters to catch my train. Normally, I’d be sweating all over, armpits included. But this time my arms were a little bit damp, but not full on wet! This for me was a miracle!!!

As I said earlier, my arm pits are almost always wet with sweat, despite putting on a good amount of anti-perspirant from the leading brands (including Shield’s sprays and roll-ons)
When I got to work, there was a very tiny patch of wetness under my shirt’s arm.

Now, it’s important to note that this was not a hot day and with Cape Town’s weather being the diva it is…it doesn’t look like I’ll be able to test this product’s full capabilities for another week or so. But I promise I’ll let you know how it performs on a super-hot day.

At this point, I have a feeling it’ll NOT pass the totally dry test, but it’s definitely a much better product than normal deodorants.
