I recently received a Dr Brandt Microdermabrasion exfoliating face cream. It is amazing! I have combination skin and often feel the need to do some exfoliating and after using this my skin feels like silk and my pores are invisible. Apparently the range tries to keep to using as many natural ingredients as possible so it isn't a harsh chemical-filled product at all but you should wait 3 days between uses so that you don't damage the skin.
