I've never tried these before and while I was buying a few other things I decided to get one. I was a bit put off by the packaging, which is very "cheap" looking and crumpled up and a bit tatty. Nevertheless I decided to try it out for R16.
These little packets contain 36g of product and can probably be stretched over about 2-3 applications, depending on how thick you like to apply the mask. First off this mask does not have a nice scent. It claims to be scent-free but it really isn't. It has a very clay-like smell. Almost like playdough. I was really put off by this as I love face products that smell pretty.
I wasn't really expecting all that much from this mask, so I wasn't necessarily disappointed by it. It has a very thick and clumpy consistency and doesn't spread nicely at all. It sticks in clumps on your face and dries very thick and patchy in areas. It took about 20 minutes for it to dry. It doesn't give that tight-feeling while it dries.
It's hard to wash off and feels almost waxy and a bit oily. My skin wasn't more "Moisturised" and I didn't see any real difference at all. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but I've used other masks that leave my skin feeling fabulous and refreshed, but this left my skin feeling a bit tight. This mask contains sweet almond oil and cocoa butter - which I suppose are the moustirising ingredients. I will definitely not be using this again and I do not recommend this either.
