Nice and Fresh
I feel instantly refreshed once using Dettol Healthy Touch Instant Hand Sanitiser. It has a strong scent and dries my hands out slightly, might even burn broken skin but subsides quickly.
It would dry out your skin as I'm sure it contains alcohol (which kills the germs), hence I would not criticize it on that!
Mine is finished so using Oh So Heavenly at the moment - good too!
