Dettol’s new Eventone Bar, is the brand’s game changer. From the incredible smell to the luxuriously soft lather of the soap to the natural super fruit combination of the avocado oil and aloe vera, this hygiene bar is in a league of its own.
Despite the fact that soap bars tend to have a bad rep for being harsh on one’s face, I found this beauty bar to be 100% safe to use as a face cleanser. Because of the avo and aloe, the soap doesn’t strip your skin of its natural moisture leaving it dry and stiff. So on top of having a clean face, your skin feels hydrated and super soft too. And with winter coming, that’s all our skin could really ask for. To top it off, it lives up to its name, by evening out the skin’s tone (for those of us with darker spots here and there).
It also makes for a fantastic body soap too (for those who are not ready to use it on their face). And a huge bonus for me is the fact that you can still get a whiff of the bar’s amazing scent off of your body, hours after having used.
