Daily Essentials refreshing gel wash

Refreshed and completely cleansed. I used this product for the first time this morning and oh WOW was I pleasantly suprised :). It cleanses without having that feeling of your skin being stripped of all it's moisture and no tightness. I would definately recommend this product to anyone.

Oooh, this is a hard one. I hate giving a negative review 'cause it makes you sound ungrateful, but this really didn't work for me.

I received the "Normal Skin" gel. First off, I hated the fragrance. It smelled of rose, which I really detest (on my body that is, love roses in a vase).

Truthfully, I felt that it was a bit harsh at first, but persisted with the daily washing. I had red blotches on my face after every wash and thought that I would still give it a fair try, but my face did not like this!

I'm not sure if it's related, but I've started to get pimples (in my 40's - Just kill me now!!) I haven't had pimples for many years, so I'm guessing the product just isn't good enough for cleaning or I'm doing something wrong.

All in all, I guess it probably is a good product. Johnsons make excellent products, but it's just not for me, Sorry! :(

As usual, Johnson's have affordable, gorgeous smelling products. This is a great 'clean feeling' cleanser, but being an 'organic-only' girl, the ingredients list is a bit alarming! One of the vitamins included is the Vitamin C derivative (ascorbyl glucoside), but it's one of the last ingredients listed, so it's really only a small amount. However, if organic/green is not your thing, I think you will enjoy this product. The products are also packaged nicely, for easy travelling!

I really enjoyed using this wash for my face . At first I was worried that it would be too gentle and my face would not get clean, but after washing, I did a little wipe test with plain cotton wool and my face was really nice and smooth and clean. I love the scent, and consistency. The beads seem like an afterthought unless when you rub them they burst with extra foam>? Not sure about that. One suggestion would be that the spout to dispense the product is too large and should be made smaller.That way it is easier to control the amount dispensed. This face wash performs proudly alongside even the most expensive face washes. It cleans the skin without stripping it of moisture. Enriched with vitamins and minerals, your skin is left feeling nourished and squeaky clean.

To be honest, I don't really know why there are little beads in the product. There aren't enough beads in the product to effectively exfoliate. You don't need a lot of the gel to create a good foam and to clean your face and neck.
