I really love this eye makeup remover as it gently removes ALL waterproof eye makeup with minimal effort. My sister asked one night if I had makeup remover as she was struggling to get off her new eyeliner with the one she was using, I gave her this to use and she went out a get her own bottle.
3 Stars for the price - I think its overpriced, dont get me wrong it works wonderfully but I dont think it needs to be that expensive.
4 Stars for the quality - The only reason I didnt give it five stars because it does leave a slightly oily residue but it does get removed when I wash my entire face after removing the makeup.
5 Stars for effectiveness - It removes everything, you dont have to rub , just soak a cotton pad keep it against your eye for a few seconds then gently swipe.
