Clarins Crayon Khôl

When buying Clarins products - I know that the quality of the product justifies the price. On application you can feel that the creamy consistency of the pen makes it the perfect, smudge-able liner to contour and blend into the eyes and with the attached brush - contouring is easy!

I love the flecks of glitter in the crayon and the colour is rich and warm and the dry crayon pencil means that the eyeliner lasts and lasts!

Firstly thank you BB for allowing me to test this product, I love Clarins products in general so was very eager to try this product even although the eyeliner color was Intense Blue - A color I have never purchased before, I have always been a black or brown eyeliner girl.
To my surprise when I applied the eyeliner it appeared to not be very Blue at all, it was more black with a slight blue tinge. The liner was reasonably soft and allowed for precise precision. The eyeliner lasted the entire day and did not smudge or cause any irritation.
I was a bit confused about the brush on the other end of the liner, and felt a sponge smudger would have been more of an advantage.
So to wrap it all up:
Pros: -
• Comes in a great range of colors which im eager to try
• Is reasonably soft
• Allows for Accurate precision
• Lasted the entire day with no irritations or smudges
• Looks great on the inner and upper eyelid
Cons:-
• Is pricey but I believe could be worth it, I am eager to see how long this pencil lasts with sharpening it
• The brush on the end of the liner I think should have been a sponge smudger

Clarins Crayon Khol in Smoky Plum 07 is long lasting and easy to blend. It's a beautiful plum coloured khol pencil with fine specks of silver glitter, which goes amazing with green eyes!

The look is elegant and each colour pencil is represented on the packaging. Smoky Plum's packaging is in fact a dark plum colour with tiny silver specks - just like the liner itself!

They have a range of 7 shades available & I would love to own more of these. There is a brush on the one end which can be used to smoke out the colour on the eyelid. I've been wearing this khol liner to work and at play for the last week, experimenting with different looks & its been really impressive! I have always loved Clarins eye liners and this new khol did not disappoint.

Pros:
Great colour selection
Soft, easy to apply & blend
Lasts all day on lash line

Cons:
Somewhat costly (but worth it!)
Transfers slightly to the upper lid, which is normal for any khol pencil.

Clarins kohl crayon is long lasting and super efficient! This pencil glides on so easily and truly lasts the entire day. The brush blends the line so smoothly to create a smokey effect, no hassle no fuss! I used no 08 - Taupe and I must confess, since I've always used black I thought it might not have the same effect. Wrong! It looked glamorous! Two thumbs up!
