The description alone drew me to this fragrance. Since it is an oriental fragrance it is best suited to autumn or Winter due to the warmer notes I get from the fragrance but it’ll make an excellent choice for evening wear as well! Upon first squirt of this fragrance I immediately picked up it smells exactly like the timeless classic chanel no. 5 just in a prettier bottle.

The scent is very sensual and rich with notes I can’t easily pick apart as they all combine in a beautiful powdery musk that’s warm and comforting.
Notes include Orange Blossom, Pink Pepper, Iris, Lilac, Hyacinth, Wisteria Blossom, Powdery Musks, Talc, and Rice Powder. I think the Talc and Rice Powder add a certain warm richness to
the blend so you aren’t left with too much floral. I honestly find it difficult picking the floral notes out of the bunch but I do get hints and touches of Pink Pepper and Hyacinth. At first spritz you might not love the scent but give it a chance to warm on your skin and stronger, cleaner powder notes will come through and create a sensual, feminine fragrance that proves rather addicting. And for some reason a little goes a long way as I made the mistake of spray too much on at once(one squirt) and I was overpowered with the fragrance the entire day :/

The bottle itself also deserves a mention. A classy flask with a golden bottom embossed with the company logo. The cap is held by a golden chain, such a beautiful analogy, love and chain!

Worth a try if you like more powdery fragrances with softer floral notes.
