It can be used alone, after a tinted moisturiser or foundation. I used it after the Erborian BB Cream. I chose to use a large fluffy powder brush over the puff applicator that is provided.
It does not offer much coverage but unifies and does not highlight my scars. I would recommend using it on a well moisturized skin as it can look powdery.
