Cetaphil UVA/UVB Defense SPF 50

I use this product and I find it perfect for my skin type. I have rosacea and an extremely sensitive skin. I find that I can wear it under my foundation without any problems. I wear a matt foundation, and once the sunscreen is dry applying my foundation is not a problem. It is a great uva/uvb defence moistuiriser and I will never use anything else. I have never had any skin break outs after using this product.

This uva/uvb defence moisturiser is generally a great facial sunscreen but its another Cetaphil product I wouldn't recommend for those with oily skin. It goes under foundation well but it is slightly greasy and leaves a shine on oily skin. Also if you have tanned or darker skin and don't apply foundation over this moisturiser you may notice a slight white sheen of the sunscreen.
It didn't cause any irritation or breakouts (which my skin is prone to) but I am trying to get rid of the shine and not add to it so wasn't quite right for me. But for those with dry, sensitive or rosacea prone skin it could be perfect!

Few days after receivingthe products I read an article about the importance of using SPF creams.

I used to have sun burns on my "big" forehead,ever since I started using the cream I no longer have them.

I though my skin was gonna react badly to it as it was my first time using the SPF cream but it didn't Isuppose my skin isn't that much sensitive after all.

Its just an amazing product,i'd give in a 9/10.
Its not harsh on the skin.

This moisturiser is gentle and offers great protection from the sun.

When I applied it it went on smoothly and absorbed quickly and leaving my skin feel soft.

I found I did have to put something over it to stop the subtle shine, but for a day at the beach/pool it is perfect on its own.

I was lucky enough to put it to the test as we had quite a hot day in the sun and it absolutely worked. My skin didn't burn at all.

I am also happy to report that I didn't have any break-outs like I usually to with sunblocks.

Lets face it no good skincare regimen is complete without sunblock! Cetaphil offers a broad spectrum !water resistant hypoallergenic cream that has 7 UV filters and 1 physical blocker! It wont block pores and is fragrance free!it is photostable and suitable for sensitive skin! It applies easily and spreads well! The only beef i have with it though is that i am brown and this thing gives me a grey tinge! I got a 6 hour drive ahead of me tomorrow! If i emerge unscathed i'll give this a big thumbs up! But the grey tint to my skin means that i need to either be very sparing or switch to another brand! Likely the titanium dioxide is responsible! It doesnt sting,burn or make my eyes water! Time will tell!
